Florence is the city where I grew up, where I earned a degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures and where I completed my education with a Master in Business Marketing. It was here that I took my first steps in the field of Events and later on held important coporate leading roles such as CEO of the Incentive & Conference company of the largest group of agencies in central Italy (Florence, 1996-2000), and CEO of a large Pco & Incentive agency (Rome, 2000-2003).
Since 2003 I have been the owner and President of Events In & Out, a multi-awarded company that has allowed me to express my knowledge and work skills to the fullest and, at the same time, to work professionally within the international scenario of incentive travel and events. In 2018 I was elected President of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), a position that – as an Italian and expert in this field – I embraced with pride and satisfaction.
An innate curiosity about the world, its cultures and foreign languages, has accompanied me throughout my travels, raising my awareness of issues such as sustainability, a topic that has strongly inspired my book Eco Events (Lupetti, 2009) and the introduction of green practices in everyday life and in the workplace.
I also focus on social issues, promoting and supporting organizations such as ECPAT, aimed at protecting children from all forms of sexual exploitation.
